How to Find a Job Using AI: The Full Claude Pipeline
// puri ki puri pipeline, with every prompt
20 or 30 times
resume -> apply -> rejected -> learn -> repeat
Everyone is scared ki unki job AI le lene wala hai. But did you know you can use AI to find a job?
I said this at a hackathon, at a college fest, after randomly walking on stage with my phone. I asked the room if anyone knew this. Silence. So I told them to just say no, just for the video. They said no.
Then I gave them puri ki puri pipeline in about 20 seconds.
If you commented "link" on the reel, this is the link. It's the same pipeline, slowed down, with the exact prompts. All of it happens in Claude.
The whole pipeline
upload your resume

pick very specific jobs

rejected? find the skill
|
learn it
|
repeat 20 or 30 times
Step 1: Upload your resume
Go to claude.ai, start a new chat and attach your resume. Don't worry if it's bad. That's what this is for. Send this with it.
Prompt 1: read my resume
This is my resume. Read all of it.
First, list what I have actually done: projects, skills, tools, internships, work.
Then ask me up to 10 questions about things I might have done that aren't on here yet. College projects, freelance work, anything I built or helped with.
We'll be changing this resume for specific jobs in this chat. One rule for the whole chat: never add a skill, number or project I don't really have. If something is missing, tell me it's missing.
Answer its questions properly. Claude can only work with what you tell it.
Keep that last rule in. You're the one sitting in the interview, and you can't defend a project you never did.
Step 2: Pick very specific jobs
"Very specific" is the important part. "Any software job" gives Claude nothing to work with. One Data Analyst posting at one company, with the full job description, gives it everything.
Find a few jobs you actually want. Copy the whole description of each one, not just the title. Then send them in the same chat.
Prompt 2: which jobs fit me
Here are some jobs I want to apply for. For each one, tell me:
1. What the job asks for most
2. What I already have from my resume
3. What I'm missing
Then rank them from best fit to worst. Be honest with me, don't be nice.
Job 1:
[paste the full job description]
Job 2:
[paste the full job description]
Job 3:
[paste the full job description]
Start from the top of the list.
Step 3: Optimize your resume for each job
In the reel I said to optimize your resume "for certain things". Those things are whatever this one job asks for. So every job gets its own version of your resume.
Prompt 3: change my resume for this job
Change my resume for this one job:
[paste the full job description]
- Put the things that match this job at the top
- Use the job's own words wherever they are true for me
- Cut anything that doesn't help for this job
- Don't add anything I haven't done
Give me the full new resume. Then list every change you made and why.
Read every line it gives you. If you can't talk about a line in an interview, cut it.
Put it in your resume file, save a copy with the job's name on it, and apply. You'll need that copy in Step 4.
Step 4: Rejected? Ask what skill you need
Normally you get the mail, feel bad and move on. This time, go back to the same chat.
Prompt 4: what skill do I need
I got rejected from this job:
[paste the job description]
This is the resume I sent:
[paste it or attach the file]
This is what they said, if anything:
[paste the rejection mail]
What skill do I need to learn for this job? Give me the one skill that would help most, and show me why from the job description. I don't want a list of ten.
Then give me one small project I can build to prove I have that skill.
One thing to know:
Claude wasn't in the room when they rejected you, and a lot of rejection mails don't say why. So this is its best guess from comparing the job with your resume. Treat it as a guess.
Now learn the skill. Claude can teach you that too.
Prompt 5: teach me this skill
Teach me this skill: [the skill]
I can give it [hours] a day. Make a day-by-day plan that ends with the small project finished. Teach me one day at a time, and quiz me before we move to the next day.
Once you've really done the project, and not before, put it on your resume.
Prompt 6: add it to my resume
I finished this: [what you built, with a link if you have one]
Add it to my main resume. Only say what I actually did.
Step 5: Keep doing this loop
My exact line on stage was: "Just keep doing this loop 20 or 30 times and you'll have a job."
Go back to Step 2 with your new resume. Every round is one more specific job, one more version of your resume, and one more skill. Your resume in round 20 has things on it that your resume in round 1 didn't.
Every five rejections or so, ask Claude to look at all of them together.
Prompt 7: what keeps coming up
Look at every job I've been rejected from so far in this chat.
Which skill keeps coming up? Which kind of job am I closest to getting? Should I change what I'm applying for?
Keep everything in one chat so Claude has the full history. If the chat gets too long, start a new one. Upload your latest resume and paste in a list of the jobs and skills so far.
Start with one job
Don't plan all 30 rounds. Pick one real job today, upload your resume and run the first three prompts. Then apply.
And if your friend is scared AI will take their job, send them this.
